If you hold a valid UK or European Economic Area (EEA) Blue Badge, you can apply for a 100% discount even if you don’t drive or own a vehicle. You apply for a Blue Badge discount for the vehicle that drops you off – a taxi or a friend’s car, for example.

To apply for the blue badge discount, please follow the instructions below:

1. Visit dropoff.londoncityairport.com
2. Select "Register for an Account"
3. Select "Sign Up Now"
4. Enter your email address and select “Send Verification Code”
5. Retrieve the code from the email sent to you and enter into the field provided. The verification code may be received to a separate inbox such as Junk or Spam.
6. Select “Verify Code”
7. Complete all mandatory information
8. Select “Create”
9. Now that your account is setup, select "Register your Blue Badge"
10. Enter the expiry date of your Blue Badge
11. Select “Upload Files” to upload photographs of the front and back of your Blue Badge.
12. Select “Submit Application”

Please note: The confirmation process may take up to five working days. Therefore, if you intend to drop off prior to this period, we recommend paying the full drop-off Charge.

IMPORTANT: Once your Blue Badge has been approved, your Blue Badge concession will become active.
Please note that you will still need to login to your account and process each visit, as this is not done automatically. For each visit, simply log in and confirm the date and vehicle registration number to process the 100% discounted visit. If you set up AutoPay, this process will be automated and the concession will apply until the expiry date of your registered Blue Badge.
