To delete your account, please follow the instructions provided below:
- Sign in to your account at dropoff.londoncityairport.com
- Select the profile icon in top right-hand corner of the page
- Select ‘Forget Me’
- Enter the email registered to your account and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation email and click the link provided to complete the closure.
- Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.
